All my photographs are shot with film and all final portraits are handcrafted on fiber paper in a traditional wet darkroom. I do not like the contrived. I do not like props. I do not like unnatural poses. I will never ask your child to smile. Forced smiles aren't real smiles and I want a real representation of your child. Sessions are calm and may last between one and two hours. This allows times for breaks and for the child to become comfortable with me. At the proofing session I will present about 20 images for you to review. I ask that each person involved in purchasing be present. Proofs may be checked out for 10 days with a non-refundable deposit (good for portrait purchases). Online proofing for out-of-town clients is available at an additional charge. Please expect the process from shoot to final delivery to be between 6-8 weeks. Due to the handcrafted nature of the portraits, I accept a limited number of clients. Please call for availability. |
